 "Give us this day our daily bread..."

It has been over forty years since I attended Johnson & Wales for Hospitality Management. The first year was for culinary arts, and one of my chef instructors ruled the class as if it were in his own restaurant. It was a class making bread. Cooking is an art (culinary arts), but baking is a pure science. It requires the correct temperatures, fresh yeasts, and something I do not often possess patience,
